I have just obtained a new router from my isp (Zyxel) & it says on the tv screen " it looks like you don't have an internet connection right now" tried all sorts but nothing seems to work, have been on the phone to my isp who advised contacting Sky but speaking to someone is almost impossible so I've ended up here, does anybody have any advice?

I'm really sorry but I couldn't tell you, just messed around with it & it eventually connected, sorry I can't be of more help but I'm useless with all this technology
