Roof access

Hi, I have arranged an engineer to fit Sky Q next week. If my dish needs changed, are they allowed to go in my pitched roof to access the current dish.  VR045421280

@Lornha  I'd be surprised if they would as a dish could not work inside a pitched roof.

 

They will install the dish on an external wall within the safe height working.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
