Ridiculous service!

Called the retention team. Was given a price with a manager discount! I week later no one can offer that price!!!! The Indian contact centre just lie, give pit numbers that just lead you back to them and say the same thing over and over! I've never experienced this joke when coming up to the end of my contract with sky! Never! I've put in a complaint and will be taking it to an ombudsman!!

numbers I've been given for a UK contact centre that deal with the complaints by the Indian contact centre HOWEVER, every single one of those numbers leads you back to them!!!  Why do errors occur when stating the numbers on the online texts???

@Skkhan  If you were given an offer you should of accepted at the time, if you didn't then there is no guarantee it would be offered again.  By not accepting at the time you've now lost that offer.  

 

Neither Sky nor any other company are obliged to give you the same or better offers as you previosly had.    You have 2 options accept an offer or look elsewhere.

 

I'm not sure what you think the Ombudsman is going to do?  Force Sky to give you a loss making offer?

 

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
