Hi I'm having trouble setting up my sky TV Q i have set up my phone and my WiFi put TV is working

Q is usually installed by Sky engineer?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Are you sure you haven't got a Stream puck which is self-install?
