My deaf mum in law has been looking forward to Rewind TV since I told her about it and it has now started. Unfortunately none of the programmes appear to have subtitles.
Many of these programmes I imagine would be watched by older people and those who have additional needs so why would subtitles not be included especially for a channel like this?
