I need help with my sky rewards, when I got them the engineer said they would last for only three months, now that time has elapsed I still have the christmas rewards and my bill has gone up, it's like I have been brought into a new package whether I like it or not (and I do) but with charges on it too. Is this right? I tried ending the rewards after three months but nothing happened...Can anyone shed some light on this?
