Hi I need to return a faulty sky Q box who do I post it to and do you have a QR code for postage.

a) send an engineer out where it'll potentially be replaced or
b) arrange a doorstep box swap where DPD deliver a replacement box and take your faulty one
Note: if that happens remember to take your viewing card out of the faulty box.

I have already got our new sky box set up and I just need to return the faulty box.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreNormally as mentioned above, if a faulty Sky Q box is replaced, it is swapped old for new at the door by the courier, who will return the box to Sky.
Or if an engineer replaces, will return the faulty box to Sky.
You can though, return your Sky Q box to Sky if you wish using your own packaging:

Make sure you keep your proof of posting.
If at a later date, Sky come back and say they have not received your kit, please come back on here and we as Superusers can escalate to Sky to resolve for you, with your proof of posting.
