Returns

I sent back my sky equipment on 2nd August, Royal Mail then delivered it back to my house on 4th. The post man realised it was an error and advised he'd take it back and send back to Sky. I've heard nothing and just want to check it's been received

We don't know. We are customers like yourself. Sky will soon chase you if they think you haven't returned it. Hopefully you've kept your proof of original posting just in case.
