Channels affected by a problem with satellite signal

I have the Sky signature package and have checked if the channels im having problems with, are included. Have done all the checks and still no joy, 35 channels saying there is a satellite signal problem but the channels are available on my sky go app but not on the TV.

Then sounds like your dish alignment/LNB needs checking.  (Q receives lives channels from the dish, Go from Internet)

@LeeB
Take a look at the troubleshooting on the appropriate section of this link.

You may then need to contact Sky and arrange for an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. Be aware that if you’re on a communal dish system you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company rather than Sky.
