I am not leaving Sky. My husband has gone into a care home because of his dementia ,so I cancelled Sky Sports and got a cheaper package deal.We have only ever had Sky on one television in our house,and now I have a letter asking me to return a Sky Q mini box.
I do not know what this is and I am frightened now.Please help me.
Did you have multiscreen on your account as well and if you did then did you cancel this as well ?
