Returns problem

I've returned my old sky router, to the post office, two weeks ago. I'm still getting emails and texts saying you haven't received it and I'll be charged for the equipment, on the 17/11/23.

Can you look into why?

Unfortunataly there can often be delays in returned equipment getting registered on the Systems

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP address' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser

 

May I suggest you have any proof of posting ready for when they make contact
