Returns error

Hello , I've been asked to return the Sky Q 1TB UHD which I am returning. But it's asking for me to return the Sky broadband hub which was returned months ago.

Sorry I've been working all weekend and didn't see you had replied. As long as sky will not try and say I haven't sent it back then I am happy as I've returned everything I had from then.
