Hi.
So me and my mother switched to Sky Stream a month ago and it's not going as well as planned, some FTA content added to playlist require Sky Cinema or Disney+ and it's been a massive headache.
My question is my mother has very bad mental health and an engineer would aggitate that, and we already have the dish, wideband LNB and cabling from a month ago when we had SkyQ.
If we requested to go back whats the likelyhood they'd be able to ship a SkyQ back and I just hook it up again?
Regards

I would suspect that's very likely. Did you keep your viewing card from your previous Sky Q box because Sky will be hoping you did? If you didn't, make sure you arrange a new card as well.
