Returning sky equipment

I've got to return my sky mini box as I'm no longer using it. They sent me a box to return it in but I can't find it anywhere! Any idea how to ask for another one?

If necessary you can use you own Packaging and also print your own labels.
Ensure that you keep proof of posting as the Sky return system handled by Unipart has delays and is not as reliable as would be desired.
