Returning of sky q boxes

I have terminated my contract with sky as I am moving abroad but can't get any joy as to returning my sky q boxes, any ideas. Have rung them 8 times in as many weeks with the promise of a q code to be sent to me. I am moving on Friday and desperate to get this stuff gone.

Hi @Fasteddy

Once you have received confirmation of your Q subscription being cancelled, Sky will send out return packaging approximately 30 days after your subscription ends. Provided you have had a request to return any Q devices you can use your own packaging if you haven’t received anything from Sky. Alternatively you can always ask Sky to send some more
See the following link for all Sky returns information.

If necessary you can print your own Royal Mail labels.
If you are using Royal Mail ensure that you keep proof of posting as the Sky return system handled by Unipart has delays and is not as reliable as would be desired. If you arrange for Royal Mail to collect it you will get a tracking reference which can be used to trace the package online.
Regardless of how they are being returned include your Account number and a Note with the returned items listing the contents of each and any package. Best option is to also take a photo of the contents once they are packed.
