This is mainly a customer helps customer forum so you’re not talking to Sky Customer Services.


If you’ve cancelled successfully Sky usually send out the returns packaging near the end of the cancellation period, [31 days for Sky Q and 14 days for broadband], to the address that the subscription was registered at.

Note:~ If you’ve switched from Sky Q to Sky Glass the packaging is usually sent out after 31 days in case you change your mind about Glass.

You can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. This link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.

If you haven’t anything suitable contact Sky again and see if they’ll re-send. Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.

We have been sent the packaging  to return it and a day it was arranged that an agent in Jersey would collect from our house as we are in Jersey. We keep getting threatening emails saying  we will be charged if not returned. All  want is a phone number where I can speak to a human to remind them that they will collect it.

I'm not aware of the Jersey returns procedure. Have you tried contacting Sky through the method you cancelled your subscription?
