No satellite signal

Just reconnected the sky w box but getting a 'no satellite signal' notice

You don't get satellite issues on a stream box or glass tv. @plasmounthazel

No signal normally comes from your TV, no satellite signal normally refers to your Sky box. Have a look at this link

If that doesn’t help you, at the end of the link it should give you an option to arrange an engineer to check your dish alignment.
