We haven't been sent a pre-paid kit from sky to return our equipment.

See the following link for all Sky returns information.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband.

If necessary you can use you own Packaging and also print your own labels.
Ensure that you keep proof of posting as the Sky return system handled by Unipart has delays and is not as reliable as would be desired.

Have you had email confirmation of your cancellation? Returns packaging shoukd be sent out towards the end of your 31 day notice period.
