Returning faulty multi room box

Morning all,

I have just reported my multi room box as faulty and a replacement is due to arrive today however I have just noticed a note saying "Remember to have the other item ready for a speedy exchange with your driver". 

Do I need to send the faulty box back? I never saw anything about this when requesting a replacement box

Yes of course you do. Sky Q boxes and mini boxes are only loaned to you.

 

DPD will deliver a fresh mini box and take the faulty one away. You then self install the replacement.
