Returning equipment

Hi there, I’ve cancelled my sky and need to return the sky box. However the sky box is currently in our old house in Scotland and the house is being sold and there is no way of returning the equipment to you guys. I was wondering what the solution is. Thanks Alex

You aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

Simply, if you don't return it you'll be charged for it. It's your responsibility to return loaned equipment.
