I got a text from sky saying that I've been charged for not returning my equipment. I just received my new box yesterday. Please can you tell me why I have these extra charges on my account

This is a forum whereby Sky customers try to help other customers. You aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services. What equipment are Sky charging you for not returning?
