I have misplaced the return envelope / box can I get another sent out

@Gus123456  You're not talking to Sky customer services via the forum, we are all customers here.  You can use your own packaging.

 

You can print off the labels for the returns here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband

Remember to keep your proof of posting.

You can also use any box/envelope you have or that you can get your hands on if that helps.
