Returning equipment

I cancelled my sky a few weeks ago now a was awaiting a box to be sent out to send all my old sky stuff back which has t arrived and was suppose to by the 18th of October I know I'm going to be charged for not sending it back. I've tried phoning Sky multiple times and getting no where.

You can use your own packaging if you have something suitable: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband

 

Otherwise you'll need to persevere with contacting Sky.
