Returning Sky Q equipment

We have cancelled Sky and received the box to return the equipment.

On our main box we have completed a factory reset, but our mini box wasn't working properly so have been unable to do the same on this one.

Are these 'wiped' on return to Sky, as the mini box will still be logged into other apps?

@LindseyC1 yes Sky normally refurbish all the boxes before they are reused
