Cancel my Sky Q
I have an engineer booked for the 12th Feb to install my Sky Q, I need to cancel the visit as I'm going to be out of the country on business, when I follow the link they gave with the confirmation email it says I don't have any active orders and they might not show up if recently booked, this has been book for 2 months though, is there a number I can contact Sky on instead of going round in circles online?

@Tomas3 If you check your mysky app or online account you should be able to reschedule/canel the appt within the order tracking page. If not you'll need to call as the community can't cancel/amend any appointments.

@Tomas3 You can contact Sky by phone by dialling 150 if Sky is your phone provider or by following the link below

scroll down to need more help click on this and you will find a phone number. If you are in ROI please change the flag at the bottom right to the ROI flag
