Returning Sky Q Equipment

Hi, I am shortly due to return Sky Q equipment after cancelling my subscription. Part of the equipment they listed in the letter that they want returned is a Booster 4(A Grade). The problem is I never received this item as the Sky engineer who installed the Sky Q at the time said, after trying the booster, that it would not work in our house due to the thickness of the walls/distance to the mini box and he took it away with him again. Has anybody else had this issue or know what the usual protocol is in this situation?

The letter is explaining what devices they want to return should you have them so it doesn't mean you will have everything listed on it so just send back what you have got.

 

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.
