Returning Sky Mini Box - is recycling the correct option to choose?

I have cancelled Multi Room as my son has moved out and I need to return the Mini Box. The packaging arrived but no return label so I've printed it myself. I chose Recycling as the reason for return and the address is Unipart at a postcode starting XX40 and finishing 4UU (forum won't let me post them together). Now that I'm ready to post it I'm not sure that recycling was the correct option. Can anyone confirm that this is the right address please?

Apart from recycling what other options were there ?

Unipart is the company that handles these returns so they might end up in the same place so it it's important that when you do send it off that you get and keep proof of posting.

I couldn't remember the option but I've just done a dummy run and they are Changed mind/cancelled account and Faulty. Thanks, I will make sure that I keep the proff of postage.

Recycling isn't the correct option. In this case, 'cancelled account' would be more suitable. It probably makes no difference if the return address is the same.

That's what's confusing me - I haven't cancelled Sky Q, just the Multi Room aspect and I don't have a means of checking whether the address is the same without generating another label. I don't really want to do that in case they think I am returning a second box!

Just in case anyone else needs to know - I phoned Sky and they said it is the Cancelled option. Irritatingly I went through the procedure again and the address is the same!
