Returning Sky Equipment

I have Sky Multiroom and a Sky Q Mini Box, and I recently changed my contract. My new contract still includes Multiroom, but I’ve been asked to return the Sky Q Mini Box and received the pre-paid packaging. 
I don’t understand why I need to return this, and I’ve been receiving texts reminding me to send it back or face a charge.
Does anyone know how I can resolve this?
