Returning Exquipment

Getting messages to return my equipment or get in trouble but I haven't received anything to send it back in. What am I supposed to you? We've moved house and can't speak to anyone on chat - just a robot.

You can use whatever boxes you have if you want as this link will help you to print the return label and return it via Royal Mail:

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you’ve included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.
