Returned item not showing as received.

I returned my sky q box on 19th August. Royal Mail shows that the parcel is sat at the NDC parcel delivery hub. Royal Mail say this is the depot for sky. Please can you help as I don’t want to be charged.

@TC2 Afraid you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other.

All you can do is keep the proof of posting and tracking and if Sky try to charge you give them a copy so they can then removed any charges if they have applied them
