New TV fitted yesterday. Worked fine to begin with. Now says 'no network connection' but my PC is working fine

Yes, Sky Q was already there but .no network connectio' was a periodic message with the old TV too.

I fear so. They are sending a replacement ether net cable to see if that solves the problem.

Did they disable wifi on the Q? Or is it using that to talk to minis?

New ether cable from router to the outside world seems to have solved the problem. Thanks for you r support.
