@john44  Do you mean Sky Q was fitted as Sky don't install TV's at all?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Yes, Sky Q was already there but .no network connectio' was a periodic message with the old TV too.

So the message is coming from the Q, on its "homepage" not the TV?

Standard issue Sky wifi problem then. One of many. Are you on Sky BB?

I fear so.  They are sending a replacement ether net cable to see if that solves the problem.

To connect the Q to your router?

 

Did they disable wifi on the Q? Or is it using that to talk to minis?

New ether cable from router to the outside world seems to have solved the problem.  Thanks for you r support.
