Returned goods and harassment

Stop asking me to pay for returns 

 

all items have been returned i have proof of sending and photographs 

 

you are making me seriously ill with anxiety's

@samjoshanna  You are not speaking to Sky customer services via the community, however if you wish we can escalate your post to Sky Staff through the community messaging service.

We are primarily just other customers here, however, I have escalated your post to a SKY support team, who, hopefully, will be in touch. to make sure your returns are properly registered  with them etc.

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP address' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser
