I am looking at moving to Sky Q with a main box and 4 mini boxes.
My wife also has Netflix, Disney and Prime on a Firestick, can I use these subscriptions on the Q boxes? Can I watch these on all 5 boxes, not necassarilly at the same time?

You can have a maximum of 4 mini boxes loaned to you by Sky. You can watch Sky content on two minis and the main box at the same time. You may be able to use a third mini box if the first one in use is being used for a streaming app ie: Netflix or DIsney+.
Be aware the original 1TB (non-UHD) Sky Q box only allows one mini to be in use. All 2TBs and the UHD/HDR 1TB permit two mini boxes. Each mini box which is loaned to you may be subject to a one off upfront charge but you only need one Sky Q monthly Multiscreen subscription.

Yes - you simply log into the app with the relevant credentials.

So I don't need to buy Netflix from Sky, or is there an advantage for doing it?

No, a NetFlix account is a NetFlix account...
There used to be an advantage purchasing via Sky as the HD and UHD packs raised the base level (to Standard/Premium). This changed recently and these packs are a separate upgrade.
I don't believe there's much of an advantage now unless you negotiate a good deal...

hi @SkyK1600
It is slightly cheaper via SKY but not significantly:
From Mid December 2023 the levels and SKY list prices are :
Netflix (Base level) is the With Ads service - 2 Screens in HD (list cost £4)
Boost to Netflix Standard - 2 Screens in HD Ad free (list price an additional £6 thus £10 in total for Netflix)
Boost to Netflix Premium - 4 Screens up to UHD/HDR (list price an additional £11 thus £15 in total for Netflix)
P.S. When you pay via SKY, you still cannot, currently, add the 'extra member' add on for use by family members not in your physical household that is available for those paying directly to Netflix
BTW I recommend usng the apps on the Firestick still as they are generally quicker and depending on your set up may be better (I have Dolby Vision capable TVs & Atmos sound for instance)
Edit : In case you are wondering no benefit in subscribing to Disney + via SKY
