Returned equipment have proof, confirmed with sky yet still being harassed by text and email regardi

Returned my sky equipment verified the delivery of said equipment with Royal Mail and by calling sky up.. I'm still being harassed by sky for the equipment when it's already in there warehouse.. last email today talks about charges for non return.. which I totally will not pay wen I have proof I returned and it was delivered

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and the Escalation Team may get in touch with you later.

Look out for an email and also a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. Once that speech bubble appears you only have 48 hours to join the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to each chat reply from Sky within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread regularly.

If you are using Safari also make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you have trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Chrome or Firefox.

I am exactly the same it says it was with the courier after dropping at the post office I keep getting messages threatening to charge me for non return im raging they better get they're act together with they're communication between departments.

If you have kept your proof of posting let us know in this thread and we can maybe get you some help from the Escalation Team. If you haven’t retained it any cancellation of non return fees would be at Skys discretion. We understand returns are taking about 2 weeks to be processed and even then Unipart are not the quickest in updating Sky equipment has been received.

Hi what is the post code of were the equipment would have been sent back too I have 2 receipts so I need to know the post code to identify what receipt is for it thank you if someone can let me know

@Hendo1888  If you have a receipt it will have the tracking number on it, this should be all you need to see if it has been delivered.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Mine recently was sent to C  V 10  7  R  L tried to space it so the filter did not throw it out.

I have returned all the requested sky q equipment and have proof it has been received - however now being threatened by sky I will be charged for not sending equipment back !?!?

In what format have you got the proof of return ie; email? We understand returns are taking 2+ weeks to be processed by Unipart.

Post office tracking receipt confirms equipment has been received/ I have screen captured ready to show sky!! 
why is there no simple way to contact sky !!?! V poor
