Returned equipemt

I returned my sky box on 30th may (and have the post office receipt) but keep getting texts asking me to return it and threatening to charge me if I don't. The number sky gave me to call us an automated service which resulted in me getting another text which opened up this chat. Please stop sending me texts about returning equipment I have already sent back. Thanks.

Its quite a common task that the Sky escalation team can do on here, that should get this resolved for you.

I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.
Look out for a message from Sky on your email and Sky Community private messages.
