I have returned the Sky box on given information by ur team as below

Did you make a note of the tracking information and keep proof of postage? Unipart receive a lot of packages from customers returning equipment and it can only be tracked with the information on the label stuck to your parcel.

@Trushna afraid no one here can tell you that you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other.

If you had your proof of listing when returning,  the tracking number for that by Royal Mail would normally have detailed its journey for some piece if mind, showing it arrived at a final destination.

 

In your MySky account, if you still have access to that, in messages,  would also mention some kind of return,

If Sky come back to you at a later date, mentioning they have not received your equipment, come back here and we can escalate for you to the Sky community messaging team to resolve.

This is a fairly regular occurrence.p of returning goods, that seems to take a while to be sorted quickly at the depot on their return..

If you have your proof of posting, keep hold of it as it helps for the above escalation at the time, but no worries if not.

Yes I have receipt but no tracking reference mentioned on it
