I contacted sky to say my mother passed and we no longer needed the extra room box, sky sent a return package which we posted on 13/11/23 but we received a email stating we have not sent the sky box back and will be charged £52
we have the slip we received from the post office when we sent it back so have proof.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
