Return
I've received an email saying that I will be charged if I don't return any of my sky equipment.
I have returned all of it

I have escalated your post to a SKY support team, who, hopefully, will be in touch.
Please see this link re the escalation and what you might see:

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP address' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser

Re: Return
Hi. I recently had fast fibre out in and the engineer took my old modem and said he would return it. I have had a text saying it needs to be returned ?

Not sure why the engineer (presumably Openreach) would take the hub and say he would return it?
You will need to contact Sky and explain this but they may charge you a non return fee relating to loaned equipment.

Re: Return
Okay, I understand now. Unfortunately that isn't the accepted method of returning loaned equipment. You should have been sent packaging and postage labels to return it to a designated address. I doubt the engineer will return it to the correct address and may not include where/who it came from and regrettably you won't have any proof of returning it.
