Return sky q

When I ordered my sky glass I was told you would send me out packages to return my sky q boxes, I haven't received my packages yet

@Libby74  Returns packaging is sent once the 31 day cool off has elapsed.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If you’ve switched from Sky Q to Sky Glass the packaging is usually sent out after 31 days in case you change your mind about Glass.

When you do return it keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.
