Return sky equipment

Hi

 

i have cancelled sky and have returned the sky box yesterday but still getting emails to return the sky box.

We understand returns are taking 2+ weeks to be processed and even then Unipart (who deal with the returns) are not the quickest in updating Sky equipment has been received. Hopefully you've kept your proof of posting, so keep it safe and indefinitely. Please don’t post an image of the Royal Mail tracking or postal receipt.

If you only returned it yesterday then it is going to take a few days to its destination. 

Did you get and have still got proof of posting ?
