Has anyone else no signal at all?

I have no signal at all since 4 pm . Even before that it was dodgy

@ellie0804  Do you mean No satellite signal, or no signal?  Do you currrently have thunderstorms in the area?

No satellite signal. We had a thunderstorm about an hour ago. No just keep getting this message

@ellie0804   I would try unplugging the box for a few seconds and plug back in, if this doesn't resolve it and no furrther storms are in the area you may need to call Sky.

I have nothing my main sky box & sky Q is saying no internet connection

There were some uplink problems caused by weather yesterday.
