Return labels

Hello- I have a question? Which label goes on what box? I have two labels for my returns, and I have two labels- but the labels have two differant return address's on them? So which one goes where?

When I returned Sky equipment my broadband router went to the Bermuda Park, Nuneaton address and the Sky Q box went to Unipart Logistics. Does that match what you're trying to return?

Take a photo of each of the labels before you send the packages - just so you have a record of the tracking number in case they disappear into the abyss of Sky returns...

So I actually phoned sky and asked them and they said just to send it to the Nuneaton address. I posted it all in one box and got the receipt of postage. So off they went! I have seen ssooo many people saying they've been charged etc but I'm adamant that I've took the right steps... so hopefully no extra charge 😩

Aslong as you keep the receipt from the post office so sky can check the tracking number as proof in the future if needed you'll be fine

You may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included but it's not essential. Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.
