Returning sky Q box - return label won't scan at dpd drop off store?

Sky Q and broadband equipment returns are usually done via Royal Mail, not DPD.

 

Have a read of this Sky help article and if you have to do so, recreate the returns label and take it to a Post Office or arrange for Royal Mail to collect it.

Was this label one you printed yourself, if so (ore even if it wasn't) then try printing another one:
