Sky usually send out returns packaging after 31 days have elapsed since cancellation. You can return earlier by using your own packaging and printing off a freepost label here:

Make sure you put a note inside with your name, address and Sky account number. Take a photo of the returns label with the tracking number on it and get a proof of posting ideally.
