Return equipment

I thort my son had returned my old equipment but he hasn't and I'm getting billed for it can I still return it and not get billed

@Sarahgray79 You need to speak to Sky asap and explain the situation and see what they can do. They can sort out organising a returns pack for you.

Send it back asap. Get proof of posting and keep it indefinitely. If you subsequently get charged a non return fee post back on here and we can get you some help from the Messaging Team. Note that returns are taking a number of weeks to be processed at the Unipart warehouse.
