I need to confirm that a return I sent has reached you, I have an email confirmation from you saying you had received it and it was with your courier however you sent a text the other day saying about being charged of the equipment wasn't received. Please confirm you have the equipment as I do not want to receive charges

I have had the same problem today,they have emailed and sent a text message saying they haven't received it but had acknowledged in my messages it's with their courier, I have proof of postage so I guess ignore it for now
