Return box instructions
Hi,
we have received 'return packaging' this is just a flat box with nothing else.
can't find any help on what I am suppose to do with this? Is this normal? Is it suppose to open and refold?

I can't answer that question but it might be easier if you use whatever box you have or can get as this link will help you to print the return label and return it via Royal Mail:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband
Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.

As an addendum to my previous comment, I risked pulling the tab that ran across the flat cardboard which opened up the cardboard to reveal a large cardboard envelope with instructions. It contained a free addressed postage sticker which I stuck on the front of the cardboard envelope and placed my tv box, cables and remote inside and then sealed the envelope by removing a white strip with adhesive under it. I then took it to the post office problem resolved 😊
