Return Packaging

I  have cancelled my Sky but they didn't cancel All of it together now I am in a situation now that I ve sent it all back but they have sent me the Packaging but I am stuck as if I don't send anything back I am afraid I will be fined but I have already sent it back but I can't get through as the stupid call bots and message bots are not understanding my issue
