Restricted, restored now not working

My services were restricted. I paid the bill and they were reinstated, however I'm now getting a message on recordings, catch up, apps, mini box etc 'to use this service, you need to upgrade your subscription' 

 

I've called and spoke to 3 advisors all advised different things - all utterly useless. On Friday (now Monday) I was told it had been escalated to the back office for technical help and it would be back on in 24-48 hours. Today it's still not working but I have been told the back office has marked the case as approved? And should be fixed in 4 hours, 4 hours later it's not working still, can anoyone help?
