Restarting mini box, remote not responding

Trying to restart ski mini box. Green light on, tv on but get this image but remote will not connect with the central button , nothing happens.

Yes I have but the remote isn't responding to any buttons I press.

Sometimes one button can be stuck in, preventing any others from registering.
